Treatment for a Rock-Show
Erich Zielke – Factotum from East Berlin. King of the Begrüßungsgeld [welcome money] spongers and former escape agent on the other side. The Stasi always was hot on his heels, but old Erich always had the fresh Western goods that everyone was craving for, which saved his neck. Big Puhdys fan, and that gets on everyone’s nerves. (Vocals, harmonica; RTL’s harp player would be best for this, hahah!)
Dixie and Trixie – two gals from Radstadt, Austria. The smart little ski bunnies had become fed up with the snow, and metropolitan cool lured the two sassy pin-ups to Berlin, where even the mayor is a raver. As background singers who made occasional forays to the front of the stage, they have caused a stir in quite a few bands before.
Golden Else – the history book on legs, charming, witty, bold, and always good for a laugh. Her Berlin heart of gold is in the right place, but she also ruthlessly defends True Music in her role as rock’n’roll angel.
